Because our products are personal care items, we have to maintain strict hygiene standards to keep everyone safe.
Unopened Items: You have 14 days from the delivery date to return any item that is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging for a full refund (minus shipping costs).
Damaged or Wrong Items: If your order arrives damaged or we sent the wrong "Signature" shade, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo. We will send a replacement immediately at no cost to you!
Opened Items: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on makeup that has been opened or tested.
